The shadow

Residual thoughts from that twilight space between sleeping and wakefulness are coming back to me. A semi-deep random thought: A person's shadow is not them but anyone without one is not standing in the light. As that thought leaves, its replaced by another : I hope you one day experience the wonder and terror of living in your own shadow.
